1. For 70 percent of athletes, the outcome does not correspond to their actual calorie needs [1]. Always analyze what happens after you use the data from a macro calculator.
2. Be careful with the results of this calculator. It is not wise to suddenly increase your calorie intake by 1000 kcal [1]. This can disrupt your digestion. Increase it by a maximum of 200 kcal per day.
